✦ If you continue to purchase, you agree to the following!✦✦ Please use your own PayPal and not a parent/carer’s account.✦ Payments are made through PAYPAL and INVOICES.✦ Only accept full payments upon agreement.✦ You are commissioning me to draw my depiction of your character. If you are particular about their colors being kept the same, do not commission me. Due to visual difficulties I must stray away from bright / neon palettes.✦ I will not continue your commission(s) until you have personally approved the sketch provided.✦ Your piece(s) may take a few weeks or months to complete, you will be kept updated if my estimate time changes due to life occurrences.✦ If you’re planning on commissioning me with a due date in mind let me know several weeks before hand. Please don’t tell me a deadline to make me finish yours first, that’s really unfair towards me. Be reasonable.✦ Progress shots are sent when significant changes have been made. You’re allowed to check up on my progress but do not spam/abuse me. I try my best to keep things civil and updated.✦ Refunds are encouraged to be made before significant progress has been done to your piece(s). I cannot refund once the works are finished, all I can offer is a few minor corrections to the art itself.✦ Will refund your payment if I suddenly cannot continue your work, due to personal life and change of capabilities.✦Provide a clear reference sheet / images of your character(s).✦ All images after being completed and approved will be emailed to the customer. If you haven’t received an email, message me on any of my socials and I’ll sort it out ASAP.✦ I do not allow my work to be used for commercial brands or identities unless discussed prior.✦ NFTS or TOKENS usage of my works are FORBIDDEN✦ I can refuse any request if I deemed myself unable to complete.

CONCERNING ADOPTABLES / CUSTOMS✦If you are considering in selling the design without extra paid artwork, keep it at the initial value in which you had bought it for. Check my transfer note if unsure! Trading it for the same value in characters, art, etc. is allowed.✦Paying for designs by me that have been previously traded is allowed if the 1st T.O.S point is followed respectfully. The judgment is out of my hands, be aware of scammers.✦Credit me for the design and artwork in the right places and when needed. Do not claim that it was created by you. May give side credits for edits made by yourself alongside mine.✦Simplistic changes to the design is welcomed! I will allow edits to my artwork. The buyer may PM me for free simplistic changes. Complicated ones will include fees to be discussed.✦Please refrain from making copies and "children" adopts. I am sharing my head world with you and seeing people use it for their own gain is upsetting. If wanting children of these designs for YOURSELF, please PM me. The children will not be sold individually but shall stay with the original adopt if artwork has been made. If unwanted, we can discuss privately if they should be erase completely.✦Closed species adopts will be stated. Not available currently. PM for design transfer ideas.✦Do not use my designs to promote hate speech, pedophilia, or zoophilia etc. If I find such topics that include my design, a public blacklist will be written.✦I do not accept purchases from buyers who plan to redesign and sell my work. (Not including those who have design transferred previously without the intent.)✦I do not allow NFT/TOKEN uses for my designs/artwork. STRICTLY AGAINST.✦Commercial work such as "public VTuber, Mascot brand etc." will need to discuss fees added onto the initial design purchase amount.(Not including personal use under "fursona, main oc, personal VTuber models etc.")
